Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unopened items in their original heat-sealed packaging to ensure the highest hygiene standards for all our customers. Please note that for health and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or the seal broken cannot be returned unless it is found to be defective.

Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Return
Securely place the item in a plain, discreet shipping box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked service; once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
