Privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes or mailers with no mention of 'The Sex Shed' or the contents on the exterior label.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
To ensure your privacy, charges will appear as 'TSS Retail' or a similarly discreet billing descriptor rather than our full store name.
What is your return policy for intimate items?
Due to the intimate nature of our products and health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened products in original shrink-wrap can be returned within 30 days.
Are your products body-safe?
Absolutely. We curate our collection to include only high-quality materials such as medical-grade silicone, borosilicate glass, and phthalate-free TPE.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout.
Do you offer a warranty on electronic toys?
Most of our electronic items come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Please keep your digital receipt as proof of purchase for any claims.
